Return Policy

If you wish to return an item to our company, please note the following:

• We reserve the right to substitute with a similar item if the item requested is out of stock or discontinued.

• Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully.
• You can return Broome Spa Line Products within 20 days. We are unable to accept used Broome Spa Line Products after that period. Watches, Kitchenware and Housewares within 30 days for exchange or refund. We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately or refund your original purchase price.
• You must e-mail customer service for a Return Authorization Number.
• There is a 15 percent restocking fee on all refunds.
• We do not except C.O.D.

For returns, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how and where to return your product for an online credit, exchange or refund.

Shipping and handling fees are normally non-refundable. Any refunds issued against purchases originally paid by credit card will only be issued to the same card used for purchase.
