Amazing watch Jul 29, 2010 I bought this for my Girlfriend six months ago, and so I am reviewing it for her.
Comfy, slim, and has an easy-to-read face. Lots of functions, basically everything you need. Completely waterproof. I've read complaints that you have to replace the whole watch if the band breaks, but so far hers does not show any wear and tear.
Low cost, Easy, Sleek: The hallmarks of a classic Jun 27, 2010 This is a classic sports watch. I owned a similar Timex model decades ago with the same functionality with the exception of the added split timer. This update has a sleeker design that includes easier access to its functions. So, you're not carrying a calculator around your wrist but you have easily accessible ways to time yourself in whatever way you choose. And for the price? Forgetaboutit!

Takes A Lickin' and .....well you know the rest Jun 13, 2010 Bought this for my wife to replace an earlier Ironman women's watch. First, this is the perfect size for a woman. Not sure why they would sell it as a "unisex" because it would be way to small for an average size man. If I had purchased it for me.....I would have sent it back because of the size. She wears it primarily to work out, run, walk, etc. So far so good. Works very well. The Ironman watches are usually pretty tough. Would recommend for an active woman.
IF Your Strap Breaks!!! Apr 23, 2010 I recently wrote a nasty email to customer service at Timex Group because I was upset about my irreplaceable broken strap. However, the kind and patient people in Little Rock informed me that for $10 I can send my watch in to their service center ($1.39 postage) and they will fix the strap! The turn around time was a couple weeks as they said, but when I got my watch today I was pleasantly surprised that they had not fixed the strap. They had in fact sent me a new watch entirely! Finally, a customer service that works for you even when you're out of warranty. I think its pretty great. So, if you have this problem just give a call to the TG Service Center in Little Rock and ask them about it.

great watch! Oct 07, 2009 Great watch for anything--even wear it for a casual day, not just my sports. Only drawback, if I have to have one, is the band. It is a longer band and I have smaller wrist. The band has a locking set up to control the extra band material. This hinge is sometimes annoying to unhinge. It's so minor, wouldn't make this an issue with buying another watch of same make!
